Is anyone else excited about 2023? 😄📆🎯

Group of business people stressed about a deadline

I look at my calendar every day for deadlines, but don't really pay attention to the date...

That's my only explanation for why I was so surprised when I realized there are only a few weeks left in 2022.

Don’t worry, I won’t ask how your 2022 goals are going. At this point, you’re either celebrating or playing catch up. — If you’re looking around and wondering what went wrong, call us. We have weekly open office hours and are happy to sit down and help you do an annual review.

What I want to talk about is next year. (It’s less than 3 weeks away.)

Lisa and I are really excited about the upcoming launch of The Business Guild’s first Annual Playbook.

If you haven’t heard about it, the playbook is a yearly guidebook for managing monthly and quarterly business tasks.

The book covers five areas of business and provides a framework with actionable steps to help you get organized and tackle the tasks outside of your comfort zone.

  1. Goals & Planning
  2. Sales & Marketing
  3. Customer Relationships
  4. Back Office
  5. Work/Life Balance

Each quarter focuses on a different topic that supports this year’s theme, Be Audacious, and includes monthly plays to help you apply some audaciousness to every area of your business.

These tasks are not busywork.

We get it. Nobody has time for one more thing.

So we reviewed all the core activities the average business owner needs to do over the course of a year and broke them down into easy to digest steps.

Each activity is directly related to an essential business task and helps you move your goals forward, not add to your to-do list.

Even better, the Business Guild’s 2023 Annual Playbook is free for Business Guild members.

Anyone will be able to purchase it through our website, but guild members will receive a complimentary copy as a standard member benefit. (We’ll get you the link as soon as it’s up.)

Writing the playbook was an eye opener for us. We wrote it for micro-business owners like you, but it really resonated once we realized how many essential business tasks we don’t get to over the course of a year.

So we took a page out of our own playbook and aligned all of next year’s content with The Business Guild’s 2023 Annual Playbook.

Looking ahead to January, we have a fantastic lineup of articles, webinars, and workshops that work in tandem with the playbook to help you overcome standard business challenges.

Not to sound immodest, but we think we’ve put together an incredible framework to help you make 2023 your most successful year ever.
